App Store “No Internet Connection” Issue despite having stable internet

I’ve been experiencing an issue with my iPhone. Whenever I open the App Store (Games tab), I keep getting this error message:

“No Internet Connection – Your iPhone is not connected to the internet. To connect, turn off Airplane Mode or connect to a Wi-Fi network.”


However, I clearly have an internet connection since I can browse on Safari and use other apps online without any problems.


What I’ve tried so far:

  • Restarted the iPhone
  • Checked both Wi-Fi and Mobile Data (both working fine)
  • Toggled Airplane Mode on and off
  • Signed out and back into my Apple ID
  • Reset Network Settings
  • Cleared App Store cache (10 taps trick)
  • Updated to the latest iOS version



Despite all of these steps, the issue still persists and the App Store continues to show the same error.


Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Are there any other possible fixes?
