iCloud Photos from 2014-2018 missing after iOS update

Hello everyone. I have (had..) a lot of photos on iCloud since 2014. I recently watched my old photos. But then I download release candidate iOS 26 (maybe it is not connected). Few days later I opened Photos - and noticed that photos 2014-2018 are gone. all of them. I checked recently deleted. Obviously they are gone from all my devices (Mac iPhone iPad) because I am using iCloud. I checked iCloud in browser, nothing. I restored my iPad, I have backup from august. Do I have memory? a lot of. 100 gb on my iPhone and 100 gb on iCloud.
