Hi, I just imported a ton of photos to my Mac Photos program and the album in the side bar that used to say Last Import is gone. Where do I see my Last Import of Photos now?

Well, I don't think it's really the "Last Import;" I think it was Imports, and it's always been all the imports in order of import date. There are now two places you can see that. Photos seems to send me to Recently Saved but, like you, I prefer Utilities>Import which behaves as usual.
