saw an app on ig and decided to try it out and bought a “one time offer” 80% off. I paid but the app kicked me out and requested me to buy it but at full price now (even though the money went off my card). I sent a message to the app asking about this and sent Apple a scam/fraud report asking for a refund cus it didn’t let me send a direct refund request. but haven’t heard from Apple nor the actual app (it’s been over 48 hours since I sent the messages)

what do I do?

App offered free trial and charged me immediately and Apple won’t refund me. I recently got an ad for this Eato app and downloaded it. It offered me a seven day free trial trial and I never received that because as soon as I accepted the seven day free trial, it proceeded to charge me $31.79 the exact same day. No free trial was given at all. I disputed the charge With Apple and they will not refund me and I also disputed the no refund the decision and they still said no refund. I have proof not only for me but from the App Store in the comment section that other people have had this problem and have been charged hundreds of dollars from this app and Apple will not refund them. App refund request suspicious I’m trying to request an app refund but the app itself and the amount paid is not showing up on the refund request form. Could it be because I cancelled the subscription immediately after my mistake? or is the site a scam, because the app wouldn’t even open after payment was made?
