Screen time for my child turns off randomly

I have family sharing set up, and screen time/downtime for my child. It turns off randomly, leaving me frustrated.

We have already tried:

-updating our phones

-taking her off family sharing and re-adding her

-She doesn't have access to change the screentime password

Sometimes it's off completely, or it doesn't have things blocked, and I have to create a new screentime password.
