icloud not showing up in files app ipone

It’s basically just exactly that. When I go into the files app there is no way for me to access my files stored on iCloud at all. The only “locations” that show up are “on my device” and “recently deleted” for the life of me I just can’t find any way to access iCloud folders. I’ve tried turning it on and off several times but it hasn’t worked. The only way I can access them is by going into settings, account, iCloud, drive and then clicking manage storage. But even then sometimes it’ll open lag a bit and then send me out of it. Any help would be appreciated, running iOS 26 on iPhone 16 pro
