MacBook Pro M3 14' Not Charging, but MagSafe Cable shows red light

I recently updated my Mac to MacOS Tahoe and I had charged my Mac overnight to realize that It was stuck at 7%, the MagSafe wire had a red light showing but no sign of charging on my Mac, I tried using a USB-C cable with the same Power Adapter but still no sign of charge, I shut down my Mac and again tried charging it but still stuck at same percent, after trying so much it has come down to 3% and I have no Idea what to do next.

I have currently shut it down.

If there are some steps I could do before I visit my Apple Store, please let me know, It will be appreciated. :)
