Apps stuck at 55% during installation on new iPhone 17 Pro Max

currently trying to set up my new iPhone 17 pro max. I’ve set it up with iCloud and everything has transferred over but none of the apps are fully installing. They’ll get to around 55% and then just stop. Been sitting for around 24 hours with a consistently strong and stable wifi connection so don’t really see why nothing will fully install.
