hello, i cannot download or update my apps in appstore. it simply doesnt run, try to press “cloud” icon. just circling around then stopped.
already restart, relog apple id, change connection, etc. but nothing change, please help.

If you have restarted your phone after removing the VPN, I can only suggest contacting Apple directly. I have not seen that issue reported here with the button not working and no message appearing on the screen. They may recommend a reinstall of the OS, but since I have not seen the issue reported that was resolved with a reinstall, I could not guarantee it would work or recommend that as a solution.
