Error while starting Photos app: 'photoslibrary' file needs to come out of the trash on Mac

I have been trying to clean up my photos. Now when I try to start the photo app, I get an error message about that a "photoslibrary" file needs to come out of the trash. I can't seem to find it to get it out. Please help.

Perhaps you have more than one photoslibrary packages. One way to check is to open the Library Chooser by closing Photos and then Option-clicking on the Photos icon:

As you can see, I have several Libraries. One of them is designated as the System Library, and that's the one that is searched by other apps like Safari, and it is the one that connects to iCloud. If you click on any Library it shows the path so you can see where it is on your computer. The Chooser shows Libraries that Photos knows about and, unfortunately, that doesn't include Libraries that are in the Trash.

I'm using macOS 15, and when I put a Library in the trash, Photos says that it can't be found-- it says nothing about the Trash.

Does the Chooser find show your System Library?
