Apple Vision Pro boot loop

My Apple Vision Pro is stuck in a boot loop. The Apple logo appears on the external screen, turns off, and then returns after several seconds, and the internal screens do not turn on. In addition, there is a wooshing sound periodically.

I tried a hard reset but this does not work.
