Imessage sync on Iphone 17 Pro.

I have 454,405 text messages on my icloud account. Setup new Iphone 17 pro and did the quick transfer to setup the device. Has been almost 24 hours and all my text messages have not appeared on my new phone yet. Messages only go back to 2017 but should have messages dating back to 2011-2012. How long does this process take to complete. Any advice would be appreciated. Also - if I search for a specific text thread it will appear, but it does not show up when I scroll through all me messages.
