iCloud text messages appearing under regular iMessages

Under my text messages where my contact texts are listed, every now and then an iCloud text message will show right under a particular contacts previous iMessage-

(as it’s own separate text from iCloud) from July 2019.

Does this mean they are logging into their iCloud texts to text?

It will go away after a day or even the same day and their regular text message always remains.

just curious why it’s happening, hope it makes sense?!
