Incorrect iPhone transfer procedure: Impact on iCloud, security, and Apple Watch

Hi there! I've recently bought an iPhone 16 after previously owning a 13 and didn't do the transfer procedure correctly, as in not logging out of the iCloud and not unlinking my Apple Watch. I just erased all data and gave it away, so the iPhone 13 still shows on my iCloud account... does this affect anything on my iCloud, security and apple watch? Thanks!
