Solution: App Store reverts to old address after updating

I recently moved. I updated my address with Apple; iCloud; Wallet card cards etc. However, when ever I used the Apple Store App it always had my old address. Even if I ordered an Apple product using the Apple Store App and I updated my address and pressed the Save button, it always reverted back to my old address.

Here is the solution.

Remove and Re-install the Apple Store App.
