Recovering important iCloud note containing 100 slides with notes

My iCloud was glitchy, long story short I had to long out and back in, I still had 30gb free data, on the 19th I had a very important new note containing 100 slides with notes that costed me a lot of money to attend. It is gone. I cant find it and its not in recently deleted, any backups, email or icloud.com

There is no on my iphone section, it was all on the iCloud. How can I find it?
