My iCloud Drive files have all disappeared from the Files app and iCloud.com, but my iCloud storage still shows that they’re taking up space. I’ve already checked Recently Deleted and tried re-syncing iCloud Drive, but the files are still missing. Can you escalate this to see if my data can be restored from the server side?

Finding iCloud Drive Files:

B. Search Through a Download All of iCloud Drive:
One thought would be to download all of iCloud to an external drive. Once downloaded, verify your can access the data. Once verified, trash what is in iCloud. As for seeing through the download, do so in Finder on a Mac. You would download it to an external drive, and then open the drive in Finder.
