My in-app purchasing power is suspended and the apple tech support can’t fix it. What shall I do

I reported the issue last 8 days ago. The case gets escalated and I wait for 24-48 hours my purchasing power to get restored but nothing happens. I call again and it gets escalated again and again with no resolution in site. I’m going in circles. What shall I do?

the case got already escalated 4 times and their senior advisors can’t tell me what was the reason for suspension, or what else can be done besides of keeping escalating it over and over. They are limited in their authority and there is no one else I can talk to. This is extremely frustrating because as a competitive gamer I incur a lot of losses with every day passing
