'Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed' error on App Store

hi, I use iTunes to do my purchases from the AppStore and in game purchases, two days ago I was no longer able to make any purchase what so ever and keep getting a message stating contact Apple support and the message states, “purchase failure code: 3200”

My account does have money in it $20 via iTunes credit.

Please Help.
