Editing Calendar events - double click does not work anymore

Hi, since the update to macos 26, I'm not able to edit my calendar events with a simple double click on the event but I'm forced to press cmd+i to edit.

Is this a new "feature" or does anyone else exprecience this a bug?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 26.0
