Mac Mini M4 has dropped FPS when gaming

At first, I played lol with FPS> 200, but after a while playing, FPS dropped to 40-50, I escaped the game back but it still 40 fps, is it due to the automatic GPU Switching? I went to the battery but did not see the turning off GPU Switching as automatically on the MacBook. So how do I do?
