Apple Intelligence erased my note

Apple Intelligence and Notes is a terrible combination.

I spent hours building a table and asked Apple Intelligence to sum some values. It then deleted the table and some associated text.

Can it really be that there’s no way to revert the change? Seriously?! How does this “feature” get released?

This happens many months after it’s been repot previously:
