Do Apps Randomly Install on my iPhone?

Curious to know if this is the case cause the app “Temu” randomly appeared in my App Library when I didn’t even attempt or wanted to download it. It judt appeared out of know where while I was working on my shift. I experienced this on my 12 mini with “TikTok” and not sure if it some bug or if I have a profile added, which I checked and don’t. My iPhone 12’a battery is dead, like completely and of course nothing should be doing anything as the device isn’t drawing power thus obviously nothing should do anything.
