iCloud storage keeps increasing rapidly on iOS 26 without showing what’s using the space

This is a problem I had in ios 18 but my icloud storage is now TRIPPLING in size for no reason. Ive deleted old backups etc. no clue whats taking up space. I was told it could be the software processing stuff but I dont think thats what it is. This makes me not want have iphone anymore. Because its taking up storage that I dont know how to get rid of. I dont use the icloud drive file. It even says 0kb so nothings there. I dont even think its my particular phone.
