best external fan for Mac Mini M4

Bought a friend a M4 Mac-Mini - as she has had severe hacking problems on computer, cell phone, etc - partially an inside - the - family job - she is concerned that the M4 gets hot - I have read it is not actually overheating, but can get over 200 degrees if gaming or something extensive - I was looking at the Zeera enclosure and fan, and one at New Egg that was a semi-enclosed case with 2 fans - asked New Egg for more info - the only test I have seen was on youtube, and the Zeera didn't seem to lower the temp much, maybe 2 degrees - but it did make the M4 fan spin at much lower RPM - which made me wonder if the sensor just isn't reporting the temperature accurately, and the fan is a more accurate interpretation of how much the temp is being lowered? What is your take on the best external fan case for the M4 Mac-Mini? I do love how the power button is in a more convenient place for the Zeera model -

Issues with hacking across various devices is a legal or police matter.

Both an Apple Account and a Mac can potentially be exploited.

There are steps to better secure both an Apple Account, and equipment including a Mac or iPhone, but systems that are physically accessible to an adversary are more difficult to secure.

A Mac mini will operate just fine without an external fan, when operating in an environment of 50° to 95° F (10° to 35° C) non-condensing, and with unrestricted airflow. If there are thermal concerns with the Mac mini, best discuss those directly with Apple.
