Я не могу активировать функцию Apple intelligence на iphone 16 pro

Я поменял регион, поменял язык но не могу активировать Apple intelligence у меня загружена версия IOS 18.7. У меня даже нет плашки Apple intelligence&Siri у меня просто Siri. Что делать и как быть?
