How do I completely remove an uninstalled app from Spotlight?

I only had Fantastical installed for a very short time last year, but apparently there are still traces of it left behind. I was able to remove it from Login Items, but it still shows as a toggle under System Settings -> Spotlight -> Results from Apps. I've tried deleting cache, rebuilding the index, etc. and nothing has worked. I've probably restarted my MacBook ten times in the last hour hoping it disappears. Thank you in advance!
