Hi i really need some help regarding on my MU MONARCH SEA ACCOUNT, im an VIP player and someone now has access to it. And been destroying all my items and it's so devastating. Any chance i can regain access and unbind all. Either reset the bind settings.

If that game is somehow tied to an Apple Account (and I can’t tell), you can try this:
But the people that administer the game that can help have sent you away.
Find a different game.
They said they cant do nothing and contact app store instead
