How to obtain Roblox purchase receipts for App Store purchases?

Hello, my Roblox account was hacked so I contacted Roblox support, they said they need 2 separate recipes from purchases on Roblox, so I sent them proof of my payment they said they can’t provide me help because it’s not a receipt I contacted xsolla and they said the purchase wasn’t through xsolla it was through App Store so I need to contact Apple support. I have been trying to ages to find any help I can get about how to get 2 recipes and nothing is helping. Is there any possible way anyone can help me please I beg

Receipts can be found at https://reportaproblem.apple.com

Click on the order number at the top of each purchase (between the date and the amount) to expand its details, and then on the blue "View Receipt" link.

You can also request a refund directly from Apple through there. If it was charged by Apple, rubles not be able to refund you directly.
