Not being able to finance new iPhone 17 Pro Max with Apple Card

I’m trying to get the 17pro max but having to choose one of the 4 providers to be able to do it is not the move. I don’t use any of them and they told me I could still purchase but have to use klarna or affirm. Is there a work around I’m not trying to go to a new carrier just to be able to get the phone
