Apple is not aware because the financial information is sent anonymously by the card issuer to Apple servers that then update your iPhone Wallet app.
Out of the 15 plus financial institutions that I have debit or credit cards in my Wallet app on 1 or 2 update infrequently. I will note that the debit and credit cards I have from Chase, Wells Fargo and Citi are updating without issue. It’s two smaller local banks that I’m having issues with. My suspicion from your post and other recent posts that it involves smaller banks and credit unions.
That feature may vary by card issuer.
Don’t think that’s the problem as the card records purchases randomly. 2nd purchase of the day recorded and then none or perhaps one other after that. Before last update was working fine, now can’t get it to record. Have re-installed card, bank app no go!
I have contacted my card holder as well as Apple support to no avail. Seems Apple is not sure of what’s happening!!
