How to identify Instagram photos in my Files?

i am curious because i saved photos into my "My Files" and decided to check the info. One photo has as Content Crestor: Instagram does that mean the photo was used from instagram and other photos have Content Creator: 18.3.2 or 18.5 what does this mean ?

Instagram means it came from an Instagram message. The 18.3.2 and 18.5 means it was taken by your iPhone or an iPhone while it was running iOS 18.3.2 and iOS 18.5.
