App Store, Apple Music, and Apple TV apps not working on MacBook Air M4

I am searching for a solution to solve this problem: I have bought a MacBook Air, M4, 2025 and since I started using it I found out that I have problems with downloading updates of the apps I had already bought in my old MacBook. The Apple support, firstly suggested to disconnect the account from the App Store and the others store. But as far as doing this doesn't work anyway, they told me to reset the Mac and try again to insert my data of Apple ID. Now I am connected with my Apple ID with my Mac but I couldn't connect anyway at this three apps. I have made the report to Apple engineers but they told me that I have to wait for two/three weeks. Do you have any suggestions to solve the problem?
