How to fix “You must own this item” error when trying to write App Store reviews?

Hi,

when I try to write an app review most of the time a message pops up that reads:

„You must own this item to write a Customer Review.

In order to write a Customer Review for this item you must have purchased or downloaded it first.“

This has been the case for apps where a new update was available as well as apps where I had the latest version installed (as per the button on the app window „open“ or „update“ in the app store). Ive tried many of the apps I have installed and so far only two of them I was able to actually review.
