Persistent VPN connection issues with Kidslox app

I have been trying to fix VPN connection issues with this app customer service for the last 4/5 months and it is just isn’t working and I’m fed up. I haven’t been able to use the apps functionality at all and have paid £49.99 for the this privilege

Report a problem to Apple, request a refund, and find another.


Or use iCloud+ and the built-in private relay and ODoH.


Outside of geo-shifting for website or CDN testing or similar, or for connecting into a private network of an affiliated organization, I generally wouldn’t suggest a VPN.


As for parental controls generally, any suitably-inclined kid can thwart any such efforts, and on an allowance-scale budget.
