Re: "apple verification wont work" : "... new phone i phone 15 pro. i can log in to my account . but when trying to open dowload app its aking for a veriation password this dose not work"
Your Apple Account is the account you use to access Apple services like the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and more. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in as well as the contact, payment, and security details you use across Apple services.
Wondering if you have signed in to your new iPhone with the Apple Account details you use for the App Store:
If needed: See how to: Sign in to your Apple Account on the web or in your device settings - Apple Support
Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours after you reset a password, for that to come into use everywhere needed.

Re: iPhone iOS version:
Keeping an iPhone updated to the newest available iOS version often sidesteps various issues:
Apple support's online article: About iOS 18 Updates - Apple Support says iOS 18.6.2 is the latest version.
and also says"
"This update provides important security fixes and is recommended for all users"
If you want: you can check for updates in Settings > General > Software updates.
Note: If an update is available: It is always wise to back-up an iPhone before updating the iOS version.

Re: verification code:
If you haven't already: You can try logging in to your Apple Account online: https://account.apple.com/
You can check your details are up-to-date, or edit anything you want to change, while there.
and
If needed: See how to: Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support
or
More info: Two-factor authentication for Apple Account - Apple Support
Eg: says:
"Sign in with two-factor authentication
When you sign in to your Apple Account on a new device or the web, you might need to enter a verification code. Your trusted devices will receive a notification that might include a map of the approximate location* of the sign-in attempt. Choose Allow to get a verification code, which you’ll then need to enter. After that, you can complete your sign in."
