Issue with downloading apps from the App Store even after making payment

I hope this message finds you well.




I am facing an issue with downloading apps from the App Store. Whenever I try to download or update an app, I receive a message saying that I have not completed a payment or that I have not paid. However, I have already paid for everything, and my account should be clear.




Could you please check my account and help me solve this problem as soon as possible? I really need to download and update my applications.

Review the information provided here for the message you are likely seeing. It is probably the case now that your payment method is no longer considered valid by Apple due to the previous purchase problems and you may need to add a different payment method.

If a message says 'billing problem with previous purchase' or 'verification required' - Apple Support


In addition, when viewing your Purchase History, any amount in red or showing as Pending has not been paid yet and still needs to be processed.

View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support
