Hidden purchases on iTunes not working

I had an issue with my music that the only solution was delete it from library. But when I went to redownload the music it was not in hidden purchases.

I went through iTunes Store and opened the account and went to purchases and the hidden purchases, but instead of showing the deleted music it shows old apps. I just want to redownload my music; but nowhere on the Apple help has a solution, they pretend this never happened.

i logged out and back in, I restarted my iPhone. The music is still on the store, it’s not been removed from the store. But I just can’t redownload the music. The hidden purchases is empty.

Any solutions?
