the events are no longer appearingin my Iphone calendar

Yesterday I opened the calendar on my iPhone and saw that all my events had disappeared — both past and upcoming ones. They are not showing up on iCloud or in my linked email accounts either. I haven’t done any updates or reset on my phone.
