How do I view date of screenshot in Photos app?

Open the Info Window by tapping the (i) button,. Notice that the (i) button can appear a bit different

sometimes.

The time is shown in the Info Window.

You can change the date and time with the Adjust dialog.

You can't see the date for the thumbnails-- those small pictures when there is a bunch on a page.

This may not help you, but on a Mac we can see the "Titles" below the thumbnails, and because of that I put the date in the Title. It looks like this:

Also on a Mac, we can generate files that contain titles, dates, captions, and other information like this:
