How to restore missing video thumbnails in Photos after moving library to new SSD?

I moved my photos library from a CCC back up over to a new SSD that I’m using with a MacBook Air. The library seems intact but the icon image on each video is either white or very faded to the point you can’t tell what it is. Both drives are formatters in APFS. I would love to get the image back for each video as it’s easier to tell what they are. The videos seem to work fine. It’s also a new MacBook Air and updated. I do have a Time Machine backup on a different drive. I could try but the CCC is my emergency backup and I want to keep the files the way they are in case I ever need to restore from it. How can I get the preview pic back on the videos?
