Download Photos/Video from iPod touch 4th Gen

Hi to everyone!

A few weeks ago I bought an iPod touch 4th gen for some dollars, in these days made some photos with it. I would like to download them to my Mac, but the photos application says to me that i need to unlock my iPod, but obviously it's already unlock. I think the problem is that the iCloud account linked is not mine.

Can someone help me to understand how can I download all the media easily on my Mac?
