Hi! My photos app says it’s taking up 3 GB of storage even though I have no photos or videos in my gallery. Does anyone know how I could fix this? Thank you

Any other folders listed under Photos/Utilities, for example the Hidden album, which may still have photos inside?
Did you already force restart your iPad and check again?

I'm hoping that 3.5 GB isn't a really bid deal to you. How much free space do you have on your phone? For instance, mine says 52GB of 128 GB used. How about yours?
Apple recommends that you have at least 10% of your memory free. If you don't, it may have a hard time even deleting files to give you more space, and it may not be able to produce accurate calculations of storage space.
