Apple Cash account already enabled for my kid

I’m trying to set up an Apple Cash for my kid, and it says that this person already has an Apple Cash account enable. How can I fix that?

Try this and report the results here.

On your iPhone, open the Wallet app and tap your Apple Cash card.
Tap the More button,, then tap Apple Cash Family.
Tap the name of the family member.
