Videos recorded are showing as grey box in my camera roll - have audio but no visual

Tonight I was front row center stage for a Lady Gaga concert, and I was capturing content to some of my favorite songs like my life depended on it! I use an iPhone 16 Pro Max. I opened the camera from my lock screen using the shortcut widget. I noticed when I was recording videos from here, it would not let me properly hit the stop button after, so I just "swiped out" to end the recording, because I did not know what else to do.

I was looking through my camera roll on the way home, and all my videos from this process show a grey box and no video from the concert. I can only hear the audio, but of course, I want the visual. I restarted my phone, connected to wifi, and updated to IOS 18.6.2, and nothing. I tried uploading to Google Photos, but nothing. I tried using Clever Files video repair, but nothing. All the same, which is audio on a grey box.

I am devastated about this, to put it plainly. Maybe if I cared even more, I would have realized videos were not recording properly. Not sure if this has happened to anyone, but looking for a way to reverse if possible, to restore these gems. Thank you
