Exchange Calendars not syncing with Calendar on Macbook

Our shared work calendar is on exchange. I am trying to syncing it to my Macbook calendar. It syncs up fine with my iPhone and iPad calendars but nothing will show up on my Macbook. Has anyone figured this out?
