Question related to downloading iTunes bought music files

Hi, today I bought Meteora by Linkin Park on the Apple iTunes Music Store, I have few questions related to downloading the music.

I Clicked on the download button in the iTunes Purchased section, once the download completed, in the album (Meteora) Two of every song appeared for some reason.

Secondly, how do I obtain the music files for these songs? I want to obtain the .m4a files for these in their 256 kbps quality...
