I can't add my credit card to my new IPhone. I'm going around in circles. Apparently i've exceeded the number of cards yet i cannot physically remove from my old XR as it's lost. There are a million questions on this but no actual answer that shows me step by step what to do via IClould. there is no option when i log in to access or manage my Apple Wallet,

thank-you so much for your reply. it doesn't show me the option to specifically remove wallet items under this device. should i just remove the device it completely? it is a broken handset - will switch on but the crack in the screen prevents me from unlocking and therefore using it - and i have been meaning to recycle it anyway

no I can’t get it to power up at all. When in iCloud it shows as no location found/offline
So, there’s no way to remove Wallet items without getting the device operational. Recycle it.
