Unable to retrieve funds from closed Apple Cash account with pending transactions

My Apple Cash account is closed when there are pending transactions, and the money withdrawal fails. Now I cannot get the money back because the account is closed.

I called greendot bank but they said they cannot find the account I closed. So I cannot get my money back.
