If your calendar events are not stored within a cloud service such as iCloud or Google, events cannot be restored even deleted. I suggest checking your iCloud settings and ensuring iCloud Calendar is enabled to keep your events synced to the cloud for easily accessing across your devices and restore them when you switch, reset, or lose devices.


Set up iCloud for Calendar on all your devices - Apple Support

Restore this from a Back Up:

Do you have a backup of this Mac that contains this Calendar data? If so, see if you can migrate it though use of recovering this Apps' data. Go here: Transfer to a New Mac with Migration Assistant - Apple Support

  2. As it Reads: "If you made a Time Machine backup of your Mac, Migration Assistant can use that backup to restore your personal files, including your apps and everything in your user account."
